EvaRaffaella Menga is the founder of the architectural firm ERM and CC strategic creative consulting agency.
Rooted in Italian and German heritage, EvaRaffaella has an international focus that formed the interdisciplinary woman she is today. After her studies, she discovered that her multidisciplinary work cannot be included in one focus nor ambition. When possible, Eva-Raffaella’s lectures design and architecture at KUL Brussels and UDK Berlin.
Her collaborations with Sigurd Larsen and David Chipperfield, among others Architects in Berlin led to bridging opportunities in the domestic and abroad.
That approach also defines her design principals and methods. Because of the long collaboration in architecture with the customers, Eva-Raffaella meets and selects her potential clients in an harmonizing way. After a first coffee meeting, she invites them to her home for a dinner, prepared by herself. “You get to know people at the table on a deeper level. You feel a different transparancy than around one conference table. An attitude that is authentic, more open and more personal. The characteristics of the customer, with their wishes and requirements, are immediately revealed and leveled on the office philosophy.”
